With over thirty years of experience in property asset management, Rob has built Westbury Property into one of London's top residential property asset management companies. His experience and foresight enables him to assess property investments from all angles and advise clients on how to maximise both income and capital values.

Rob is actively involved in the day to day running of the business and has built up an enviable network of contacts across the residential sector.

Paul Rayden
Director

Paul is a successful property services entrepreneur and, as CEO, built the Sonata Group into one of the largest residential management operations in the UK.

By 2008, when he sold the group, it managed (through its different brands: County Estate Management; Pembertons; Solitaire & Stonedale) over 55,000 units and employed 270 employees in 8 offices.

Paul is now bringing that knowledge and expertise to work with clients at Westbury Investment Management.

Alan Parish MARLA
Associate Director of Property Management

Alan has been a fully qualified ARLA regulated Portfolio Manager since 2011 having worked through the ranks to reach his present highly experienced position. He joined the Westbury Investment Management team in April 2016 and has taken this exciting challenge in his stride,
