He is incredibly knowledgeable, proactive and consistently responsive - always quick to come back with answers, ideas or solutions, and always with a calm, professional approach. You can really tell he cares about delivering the best outcome and takes real ownership, which makes a huge difference day-to-day. A special mention as well to Prema, Sheeba and Kay, who have also been fantastic to work with. They’ve been reliable, helpful and focused on delivering a high standard of support, and communication has always been clear and fast - keeping everything moving in the right direction. It’s always reassuring knowing things are being looked after properly and with attention to detail. The relationship with Starberry feels genuinely collaborative — like working with friends and colleagues who are fully invested in the same goal.
